Q-PowerLine Kite Lines

Q-PowerLine is the only line specifically engineered for Kiteboarding/Power Kite applications, and it's no wonder there's nothing  better when you see what it is. You can tie your own knots in this line without weakening line.

• Spectra 2000 Linear Fiber for the highest strength/weight ratio
• Round line with linear core minimizes drag with almost Zero % stretch
• High-modulus (stiffness) reduces tangling, especially in the water
• Unique extremely tight overbraid increases stiffness, resists  dirt pickup, and allows for tying knots to adjust length without  weakening line

Since the Fibers are linear from the start, there is no continuous  settling or stretch of the lines as braids tighten with use, as with  traditional line. The  minimized tendency to settle increases the ability to FEEL what  the kite is doing, improves kite responsiveness, minimizes the need to retune the line lengths, and reduces the kite's instability.

In a round braid, the effective diameter is minimized while retaining  the strength needed for kitesurfing, and this Minimum drag means Maximum  performance.  The extremely tight braid does not allow for dirt or salt  particles get get imbedded between the braid or sheath and core because  the sheath doesn't relax over the core. This means the line won't wear out for this in regular use, and unless the line is cut the life-span  is dramatically increased.
